I've used many brands eye-makeup remover over the course of three years just to see for myself which one I liked best. I've come back to 3 Lancome Bi-Facil three times. I liked that this product does not sting my eyes; it does not leave a oily film inside my eyes; it takes all of the eyeliner and mascara off quickly; the price is right. I also use it to clean off my gel eyeliner brush. I will stay with this product and not try others any more.

great product
I've used this cleanser for almost ten years and have not been disappointed. My skin is very dry and this product does not dry my face out after I use it. I like that it has no fragrance. I like that just a dab will get my face cleaned. I highly recommend this cleanser.
