  DPD damaged first package, but seller quickly sent out another, which arrived today, thank you for the prompt response to my message. Second package, outside box damaged, but again down to DPD NOT the seller. Bag inside still intact. Good quality food, package inside in good condition, good value for money

  Arrived so badly boxed that Royal Mail had put what was left in a poly sack. One leg missing. Seller ignored my request for a replacement leg. Quicker and cheaper all round than having to file a Case, return the whole thing for a refund, then begin all over again. You'd think the Seller would co-operate, so why are they ignoring my communication, forcing me to start a Case and incurring bad feedback, too? Duh.

  Good quality the condition of the packaging was secure. I think the price was good value. The only thing i wouod mention is the packaging of the actual product was different in appearance compared to the photo given.
