Saved me a very expensive call to a plumber
I am happy to say this product saved me a very expensive plumber call. In my case, with some care, some WD40, and careful leverage.
I had an outdoor faucet I couldn't easily cover in very cold weather because of this oddball extension placed on it by the previous homeowner. It was stuck on, difficult to remove, and took so much leverage to take off I was worried about internal damage. Finally, it came off (thank you WD40) It seems like the thread was either bizarrely of a different size/type, or it had been cross-threaded when they put this stupid thing on. All I know is the thread cleaner fixed it perfectly, and I didn't have to call a plumber. WIN!
