Simple reading, lightweight, very helpful.
Very easy reading, precise, good diagrams.
Big problem with this series is that the binding is very poor, pages soon fall out.

So much medical and nutritional information.
It's rare to get so much medical help and nutritional information, set out in easy reading, with so much detail at the end of the book, listing just about all foods with % ages of fats, carbohydrates, protein, sugar, etc., and every vitamin and trace element listed for each, incredible information, and all for an incredibly low price for a truly superb book.
