  After waiting over a week and not receiving the book, I contacted seller about status. Seller replied they didn't have the book anymore and promptly issued a refund. How long would it have taken for them to inform me they didn't have the book if I hadn't contacted them. Also, I was extremely disappointed to be told it was no longer available after anticipating its arrival for a couple of weeks. Appreciated the prompt refund but overall, disappointed in experience.
