Stiff swing arm not able to use. Asking Glide Gear to replace . There were very nice on the phone. They recommended to spray WD-40 on the way tension adjustment screws and springs . But it did not help . So far I left a voice message on 9-21-2020 @ 8am PST ,for them to authorize a repair or replace.

They could have made the grip handle out of impact resistant plastic and still had the aluminum threading at half the weight .
They just don’t get it . They don’t want to get .
They produce a awesome refined product in everything they make but they need to listens to the end user . Light WEIGHT is critical in filming. So I’ll keep it but I’m still looking for an alternative.
