  Item was as described, but completely destroyed during shipping by USPS. Seller had marked box fragile, but it was still broken into many pieces. Contacted seller and item was refunded with no hassle. Would buy from this seller again!

  Include wear descriptions in posting. The top rim of the open tote has visible wear all around the cimforance of the bag. Also, shipping charges are more higher than needed.

  Did not notice any wear on the big tote. Purchased from Vera Bradley years ago. Used the USPS Ground Advantage the lowest shipping fees going to your address.
