Fine collections of songs I know
K.D. Lang if one of my most favorite vocalists. I only wish I could find ONE DVD of her singing Blue Velvet, just the way she sang it Tony Bennett. That WAS the first time I heard her sing, ever so passionately, and the sound of her voice with all of her glassionondo's and her famous crescendo's are one of the best this musician has every heard. I like the old songs of the 40's and 50's, however any new song of hers, written by her, then or orchestrated well, is a combination along with her voice that is very hard to beat !
This DVD is also one of her very best telling a story from a long time ago, as if it were only yesterday.
