it's good to mix in water or tea in the morning to start the day!
It is excellent for keeping your system detoxed the spirulina which also has valuable nutrients and protein.The chlorella has good antioxidants property and it can help with c.o.p.d. and also microbiotics!I am extremely happy with this product I highly recommend this product!

wWill never cook without the essense ever again!
Cooking with out it is possible but cooking with it is 99,9% better than you could ever imagine.Its so good on vegetables while you steam cook them in a pressure cooker!
