Not very industrial...
Not very durable, 2 nights in a led tree topper and that's it, I changed 3 sets in a week... Nothing special, durable or industrial at all.

Both glass mirrors are for left hand side!!!
I bought 3 pairs, all are the same. The glass mirrors are tilted to the right thus making them suitable for left hand side.
The glass is fixed in the groove of the rubber gasket(see pictures), so it's impossible to tilt the glass. I tried to tilt the base as much as possible, you can't see well in the right mirror as the mirror body is hitting the drivers window.

A thick good manual.
Very comprehensive book especially if you own or intend to have different Mk1 & MK2 VW models.
