Works for me
I started taking this supplement mainly for my varicose veins and swollen ankles, after 2 months I could see and feel a difference however now I have been taking them for 4 months I can see a big improvement with the swelling. The bonus is my hair and nails are the best they have ever been ,Ever!!
Expensive outlay but I no longer take any other supplements so have ended up spending less than I used to spend on a variety of vitamins and herbal tablets that really didn't make a difference.

Buildable coverage
I had tried other mineral powder foundations and was disappointed but after trying a sample size of the Jane Iredale pressed mineral foundation I was hooked and have been using it ever since. So easy and quick to use . I prefer to use a large brush and can quickly dust my face for a natural matte fresh look or build the coverage when I want a more made up look. I had a skin cancer removed from my nose and always swirl a second layer to give more coverage over the scar. It never looks caked or dry and touching up if needed is just so easy a few seconds and its fresh as ever. Would not go back to liquid or cream foundations , too messy and time consuming . The sample sizes are great to help you get the right colour match.

Quality magnesium
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have tried many different brands of magnesium mainly to help with restless leg syndrome , did not find much relief until I was advised to try these by a pharmacist . I take two tablets about an hour before bed and have noticed a big difference, I still get the restless legs occasionally but it is only occasionally compared to every single night before taking these tablets, I'm not sure why but think they are absorbed better in the body.
