Copper, I do not know. Compression sleeve, YES, works better than I expected.
This was the second wrap i have purchased to deal with my elbow pain. I do like the compression sleeve, very solid and secure feeling when I am wearing it.
On the first day I noticed that my elbow felt warm while wearing the sleeve with no real constriction in movement.
Over the week I did find that the sleeve does seem to be a bit stretched on each end. Not sure if this is caused by the pulling on/off of the sleeve, but not a big problem. I have noticed that a product tag has been placed in the joint side of the sleeve that is scratchy and annoying. I have not cut it off since I think I will have a scratchier cut tag digging into my arm.
Overall, the sleeve works as I expected, has really helped to deal with my pain.
Yes, I would buy it again, but would tell the manufacture to have the tag sewn into the sleeve on the outside, as with how the product tag is.

It connects to my phone??
Yes, the cable connects to my cellphone and displays on LCD TV. That's it.
Pro:
Connects to my Samsung S5
Con:
No audio from any device to any LCD TV.
No options to configure audio.
Does NOT work with my tablet, unable to connect to port. But any other micro USB does fit.

Ya get what ya get, but didn't expect this.
The poppers came in early so happy since I needed to replace an old rusted popper. The spring itself is strong and easily opens my big heavy truck doors, but that is it.
After 2 days of normal use, opening and closing the door, the nut used to adjust the length of the plunger had backed off and I could no longer close the door. I removed it before it completely fell apart and will need to permanently 'tweak' the popper to continue using. They are cheap in price, but not worth me to pay and ship it back. Will need to purchase original mfg poppers at 4x the price and hope that is the last time. Sorry, don't buy them.
