Waterproof to an extent
I love that when I take a shower, I don't have raccoon eyes afterward. When it does come off in the shower, it comes off in a clump and that clump wipes off without leaving a mess. My main goal with this was not to have raccoon eyes and not to have to use eye make-up remover every single day. Mission accomplished.
