    The item was shipped in a sealed plastic foil bag, clearly new. Shipping time wasn't quick but I knew that going in. It actually arrived a couple of days early. Unfortunately the part didn't fit my printer even though the description said it would. The seller quickly refunded my money. They stood behind their listing which is the most important thing when purchasing online after all which is why I rated this a positive experience.

Does not work!
After installing this cartridge, the LED kept flashing U152 and low volume. Printer knew it was a non-Canon OEM so no, this cartridge is not the real deal.

NOT a good manufacturered product
Let me say this bluntly = poor manufactured product; this product has crystallized, despite being at room temp, away from sunlight and the lid tightened. AND this also occurred with their other product, plain Urea 40%. which I've returned. Yes I am not happy considering this repeated problem should have dictated quality control. If the manufacturer knew about this, then the label should reflect the crystallization problem or the possibility of crystallization. I can't comment on the effectiveness since I've used it only 3 days so far.
