love this machine
It's easy to use if you read the instructions. Prime it for a few seconds before using then brew and froth. A good espresso depends on the quality of the espresso bean, the grind and how to tamp. Rule of thumb tamp at 30 pounds of pressure. If you can't get a calibrated tamper use a regular scale to tamp. Just press down till you reach 30 pounds.
The froth on this machine is unbelievable it's so thick and creamy you just have to be careful or you will get all froth and no milk. If you want to steam the milk don't open the steam valve all the way or you'll get thick froth.
follow the instructions for cleaning and don't forget to descale every few months. I'm very fortunate to have found one of these. love love love
