High expectations are unrealistic

It's a cartoon for kids. I got it primarily for a neighborhood boy who has visited before, and I also bought a similar spider-man cartoon. It's also GINO (Godzilla-in-Name-Only), which can only make it worse. But, all told, I am glad I got it. It might come in useful some day. This DVD (Monster Wars) had a few episodes in a story arch that brought together menacing space invaders with gaggle of previously seen (new to me) monsters that were were under the aliens' mind-control. It was fun, in its way. And a very classic Toho theme, I must say.

Summa

Laugh out loud quality in-jokes. They'll wear off eventually, but then you get to watch new players laugh!
