Nice shirt, watch the sizings
OK, so this isn't the most expensive shirt out there and it is poly-cotton, but the quality is good and they do look smart.
As others have mentioned, the size is generous. I like to dance ballroom so I need a full shirt so it doesn't pull across my back when in hold. I know that regular / classic fit is not popular these days and it's getting harder to buy reasonably priced shirts in that style. Everything else seems to be 'modern fit', tailored, slim, extra slim and ok on a younger man, but not for me. So this seemed ideal, I wanted a 'full' shirt so ordered my usual size. Damn, the body was REALLY full and the neck was more like a 16 1/2" ( I prefer a snug one finger gap in the neckline rather than the 2-finger gap this offered). OK I thought, go down to 15 1/2" and it should feel like a 16....erm no! It seems to jump to a real-size 15 1/2" body (or tailored 16") with a 16" (1-finger gap) neck. So you could say dropping 1/2" collar gets the collar right but the body fit goes from very full to tailored. I cannot knock this shirt though, as it does look very nice under a waistcoat and the charcoal is a nice colour. The service from the suppliers was excellent and no quibbles about an exchange, (you do have to pay return postage though). I would say these shirts are targeted at a more athletically-built person, say a rugby forward who probably wouldn't want a tight neckline but would want a good size body fit. All in all a really smart shirt but probably wouldn't get another - not the athletic type anymore :)

After a major fork refurbishment on my 50 year old Beezer I needed some 20 grade oil. This fitted the bill as it comes in 1 litre packs. A little decadent, yes but I wanted to fill and flush the forks and refill with fresh. So This allowed me to do two fork fills.
I have to say that it is a nice clear oil and seems to work splendidly with the new stanchions and bushes. Definitely recommend this to anyone considering fork oil. Not sure if nostalgic use of Castrol warranted the cost, nor do I know if the oil technology has been updated to modern knowledge. I am a big believer in utilising the best of technology and the write-up on this oil seemed to be more informative that other oils, hence the initial choice.
