  seller changed the conditions of the sale after the purchase was made. I paid for shipping, but then the seller refused to ship, stating it was a local pick up only, even though I paid for USPS shipping. I tried to cancel but ebay said the seller refused to cancel and refused to offer a refund. The seller stated he never received payment, but I was charged at the time I made the purchase. This took way too long, and the seller would not update my requests for a status on the shipping.
