Useful
Useful bits of kit, which are surprisingly hard to find locally. Great value, pity they don't come with screws.

Works but doesn't match the original
It will do the job, but I thought it was a bit expensive for what it is. However it is considerably better than having a flapping shelf. I was surprised that as a genuine part it does not match its opposite number. This has a long black tubular plastic sleeve which has a much smaller hole at the top end. But as previously mentioned it is better than having a floppy shelf

Just what I wanted
I needed an extra handset to extend my existing set up. Easy to set up works fine and saves dashing to fins the nearest phone. We have had Panasonic phones for 4 years and never had a problem
