1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This excellent relay is made in Indonesia like the one Whirlpool used. My original has contacts made of high quality hardened copper. The others I saw were made in China and I was relieved to find this one. I first tried to repair mine. To open it, you must cut the epoxy seal at the bottom. A Dremel tool and tiny bit works and fast. But I put the bit in way too deep and ended up scratching the insulation on the coil wires. I no longer have patience to rewind the coil so bought new. For those wanting to try to repair the contacts surface, the epoxy is not much more than 1/8" inch thick. I doubt the ones made in China are made from copper ...I don't know for sure. Why take the risk?! If you need one, get this Indonesia made one!
