tart cherry ultra chewable Enzymatic therapy
I have used these for a long time. tart cherries can help with sleep issues and they do for me. these also help keep you "regular" in a very gentle way. there are other health benefiits. they taste very good.. I would buy again

good quality product works well
this is a different kind of fiber. you have to adjust the "dose" to your body but it works well for me when other things fail.

Great comfortable compression socks
The edemawear compression socks are not your grammas compression—these are way more flexible and comfortable and extremely durable. I use them for my edema and for a knee issue instead of a knee brace . They are washable and long lasting. I have given them to several friends who were fighting the old style socks. They love them
