Ungainly but useful and rare.
Though chunky the figures are unique and rare among sets of 1/72 scale. Indispensable for dioramas or war games where engineers create fortifications or bridges. I am unsure why Polish infantry were included, perhaps they were part of the Vistula legion. Kind of a freebie in my mind, consider them a bonus.

Lots of options and great figures.
Great set with head swap options as well as such welcome items as frying pans on some of their packs. Packs and sword belt come as separate parts. You want to create masses of early (pre 1806) French Infantry this is the set you want.

Great set!
Zvezda rates as one of the finest manufacturers of 1/72 figures. The Zaphorozian Cossacks is a great set with a wide number of interesting poses both on horseback and on foot. In addition it comes with a wagon and a large drum either of which might be perfect for diorama building. The sculpting is first rate and little or no flash from the molding process. Like many Zvezda sets they are no longer in production so get them now if you really want them.
