Nice primer on wine tasting
Well formatted book. Even a wine expert can pick up something new from this little book.

Just like the one I had.
Wonderful book. A trip down memory lane and a great book for my niece's children to develop a love of cooking. Colorful pictures. Easy to master content.

Excellent cooking term compendium!
Read about this out of print book in a side bar in either Saveur or Food and Wine and sought it out on Ebay. This is an excellent compendium of food terms and is also good reading. At the bare minimum for each term there is a paragraph about the term. Easy to use and I am glad that I bought this book. Good reading for the cooking enthusiast.
