Excellent book!
I've just received my book, and it's a little to early to write a comprehensive or more specific review, however , so far, out the chapters that I've read, I have loved and enjoyed the content. I've glanced at the rest of the contents of this book, and I truly believe this is a great tool that I will use in my practice as a yoga teacher. I will recommend this book.

Not recommended!!
The very firs time I used it, it came off my nose and immediately got lost in the pool. I had several people beside me looking for it, it doesn't float and because it was clear, nobody was able to see it in the pool. Not recommended at all!
