Sick, Sinister and Sardonic
The Nocturnal Silence is the definitive blackened death metal album and essential listening for any fan of old-school death metal. On this album, elements of cohesion and purposeful songwriting is absolutely skyward. The catchy, SLAYER-inspired riffs don't simply pummel you in the face; they also ebb and flow in perfect measure while the tastefully melodic leads build an intensely evil, sinister atmosphere. Highlights: Inborn Evil, Unholy Prophecies, Sacrificial Rites.

Raw, intuitive and brutal death metal
Human Waste is arguably the birthplace of brutal death. Human Waste represents SUFFOCATION at its most raw and intuitive. Despite several tracks being rehashed and re-recorded on Effigy Of The Forgotten, the unique feel and tone of the Human Waste originals stand out in their own right and offer a deliciously raw, caveman charm to their more refined counterparts. The bruising, steamrolling crush of the riffs, chest caving heaviness, and Mullen’s ragged, muffled growls combine to crush, kill, destroy on such rabid, violent classics as Infecting The Crypts, ominous slow build of Catatonia and gnashing, slicing riffs of Human Waste.

This is an excellent, fun rare and hard to find album
This self-titled debut from this great French-Canadian rock band, VILAIN PINGOUIN is the band most well-known and most acclaimed. With songs whose sounds evoked everything from U.S. country music to 60s pop. Several great songs, including Sous la pluie, Les belles années and Marche seul became hits. This is an excellent and fun album. It's also fairly rare and hard to find.
