Good features and easy to install
Good features and easy to install. I bought this NVR to replace a Hik-Vision NVR which had compatibility problems with one of my cameras, a Reolink. This Annke unit connected to all my cameras including the Reolink without any problems. The unit was very easy to install and has been working for a couple of weeks now. I did have a slight problem regarding which app to use for remote viewing, but the Annke support were very quick to respond and all is now functioning very well. Very pleased with unit and can recommend fully.

Great value auto tracking PTZ camera
This camera gives excellent results, the picture is crisp and in focus. The PTZ capability is fast and accurate. The network settings are very easy to complete but setting up auto tracking, tours and motion detection have proved to be difficult. This is because the manual is typical of English translated Chinese. I cannot fault the help given online, the site was more than helpful. Other cameras with these features are set up using intuitive applications whereas this one has to be set up by setting and calling “pre-sets”. The instructions on how to do this are very difficult to follow. This was not helped when the instructions have a link to download the CMS application, which doesn’t exist. I then found another site which had a later version, but this had a compatibility problem such that some pre-sets worked and others failed, leading me to think I wasn’t doing it correctly. . I found that Internet Explorer worked well, and then found another site which had the version suggested in the manual. This then also worked fine when installed. Conclusion, an excellent camera only let down by the setup implementation, I hope the manual will be improved one day, which would make this a first class camera.

Very good quality
Arrived on due date, tracking info was excellent. Installed into system with two other cameras previously installed . Setup easy with first class picture quality. Mobile phone app works very well and also easy to install.. Night vision is also excellent. Can recommend both the camera and the seller.
