Dogs enjoy being groomed with this.
Normally when I try and brush my dogs fur they are less than enthusiastic, often getting up and walking away during the session. For the first time they seem to be happy when they see me walking towards them while holding this, and one that is usually most reluctant to put up with being brushed actually rolls on its back so I can use the blade on the front. Unfortunately its a little late in the changeover from winter to summer coats, so I can't directly vouch for its capacity to bulk remove winter fur, but the blade does remove the remaining loose hairs that the coat produces each day.

I use this to keep the leather on my walking boots from drying out and cracking and as long as I regularly refresh the leather it seems to work. also helps keep water from soaking into the boot leather.

I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase

It also had an annoying audio buzz and the thumb sticks were unusually responsive in that a slight push on the camera control stick would make the camera move wildly.
