Best basic cook book.
My Mum swore by this book (it’s been reprinted several times) and gave me a copy when I first left home. I have just purchased one for my daughter. It’s like a bible for basic cooking. Smashing !

Thyroid and autoimmune disorders books
Basically this diet is very reductionist and what you can eat meat, fish and vegetables is not very helpful for a vegetarian.
All of the books though well meaning and well written scare you into believing everything makes you ill. Whilst I agree a restricted diet is necessary when extremely ill, my hope is to go back to normal eating when a little better. I am using common sense and spiritual healing to get to the underlying cause of my illness. Good books for some but not for me.
