Great mute!
Though it definitely lowers the sound of the trumpet by A little more than half I would not recommend to practice for it makes it more difficult to play. This of course is not the intended purpose for the mute but I wanted to clarify for beginners. The sound is very good and I’m overall satisfied with my purchase.
