Product like bran new, Great value for the money, good for a beginner.
I am not a user of the Apple iPod that I purchased. I bought it for my granddaughter. She doesn't know how to use it either but, I suppose she will be able to learn, as most of her friends have one. The problem we encountered though is the home computer will not log onto the iTunes web site in order to down load the songs and videos.The iPod itself is excellent and as described. I would buy it again. An adult or person of Tech support is a must in order to get the most out of this. I am satisfied with the product.
