Superb

I have been into quality sound since the mid 50's (monaural era). I have lived with a pair of early AKG 240's for 25 years. They finally physically came apart but they still worked. I bought these 650's to replace the AKG's after reading several reviews. I am very impressed. I use B&W 801 speakers that are recording studio monitors but find myself enjoying these just as much due their exceptional reproduction qualities and my wife does't have to listen to Stravinsky so that works out well for both of us.. Yes pricey but you get what you pay for.

High quality Bino

All around great glass. Compares favorably with my Lieca and Zeiss ( I collect). Only criticism is in the interpupilary adjustment. If this is not adjusted perfectly you get the impression that there are two images as you would if they are not collimated properly.. I think this is a function of the extraordinary large eyepieces that allow you to get a usable image even when your eyes are not centered in each eyepiece. When this is done properly you will find the glass very sharp and bright and comparable to the best..The mechanical construction is top notch - better than any I have seen and would easily survive the beating encountered in boating.. UPDATE: June 6, 2017: There was a collimation issue with these glasses that has since been corrected by Fujinon at no cost. Forget the issue about the interpupillary adjustment. There is no issue with these. These are the best value in a high quality bino.. Great service also I may add.
