Decent function generator for those on a budget.
It does have some limitations in terms of usable frequencies with the way the selector is setup. For example, the 500 kHz selector gives you a range from around 100 kHz to 550 kHz while the 5 MHz selector goes from around 1 MHz to 5.5 MHz. This could just be my unit though as I haven't given a full shake down of the manual yet. Mine is definitely aged and it does drift a bit especially when it's first turned on.
