Letters addressed to the seller, bank statements? Very odd. The incorrect plug was sent, when I questioned if the seller had the correct one his reply "send it back" I don't have time to be shopping parcels back to inconsiderate sellers. I'll take the loss on this and hope people read this so they know what to expect in future.

The APC SMT and SMC series are excellent...
The APC SMT and SMC series are excellent reliable UPS devices with affordable replacement battery packs. Everything is pretty heavy, though. Be warned. There are typically serial and/or USB connections to warn of mains power failure.

Excellent workhorse
Surprisingly easy to set up once attached with an ethernet cable to a PC. Can be set up with Wi-Fi too.
With a duplex unit fitted at the back (check whether there is one) printing both sides is a breeze and obviously economical with paper and good for the environment!
There is an automatic sheet feed but only single sided.
The flatbed scanner is excellent 600 x 600 and can be directed to a folder on a PC.
Tray 2 is for regular use and there is a single sheet tray 1 feed at the front for copying odd pages.
Changing toners is easy. Fold down the big cover at the front, lift one of the toner cartridges out and put a replacement in.
Print quality is very good for general use, although professional photographers may be more picky!
