Precise, nice feel, great value.

After some challenge adding power cord and motor cord, and new fuses, I was able to install a replacement Pot for speed control, the knob and plastic
After some challenge adding power cord and motor cord, and new fuses, I was able to install a replacement Pot for speed control, the knob and plastic shaft broken off the original, I got it to work with speed control and forward, reverse, and brake functions. The on light does not work. Verified it is receiving power. At first the motor did not power up, but there is a delay before it starts to spin and ramps up to the set speed. I replaced with a 10K Ohm 10 turn pot, for finer control.
