Don't hesitate! Buy this game now! Buy the entire trilogy if you can.
As a long time fan of both the Dishonored game franchise and the series' creator known as Arkane Studios, I have been wanting to play through the trilogy once again on my Xbox Series X console.
After installing all three games in the Dishonored trilogy onto my Series X, I tested each game out briefly just to see how each looked and performed while running on the new gen Series X console.
This game in particular (Death of the Outsider) looked and ran better than I had initially expected.
Benefitting from the special FPS Boost functionality offered by the Series X, this game looks and runs absolutely fantastic.
If you are a fan of games in the first-person genre and love games focused on stealth then I would highly recommend this entire trilogy.
Each game in the trilogy tells a deep and well written story which almost immediately pulls you in.
The game features a somewhat deep r.p.g. style level and ability system allowing your main character Corvo to be further enhanced and equipped.
The game environment is created in a highly unique and stylized aesthetic and is home to many enemies and danger, all while including large open areas to explore as well as secret tunnels, alternate paths and many other areas to explore.
I can't recommend this game trilogy enough.

Just a fun rpg in a beautiful open world
The game recently received a full next-gen update which optimized the game on Xbox Series X and the end result is like playing a totally new game.
If you're into open-world rpg's with a unique take on the formula then you might want to consider getting this game.
