Gets the job done.
Tricky to install (but I think any brand would be the same issue).
Less padding than originals (why I gave only 3 stars). Did not see that mentioned in the description.
But still comfortable and I'd purchase again.

As good as original
Gave 4 stars because while it's a good fit, don't know long term durability of band (then again, the original band wouldn't get 5 stars because it eventually broke too).
