It works like it should
it does what it's suppose to do, although once in awhile the urine leaks over the edge of the pad and runs onto the floor. I have watched my girl use the pads and sometimes she hits the actual absorbent part to the pad but because she is very close to the side it doesn't contain all of her urine. This happens with other brands as well so it is not confined to this particular brand.
