Funny and informative

Excellent little book for a 9 to 10 year old girl wanting to understand what's happening to her body and feelings. The book is written in a fun way with no embarrassment. It is not in-depth, not an awkward school biology lesson, just briefly mentions what's needed (including a few bits about what's happening to the boys). Very easy to read, would take a child around 5 ish minutes. Colourful and fun illustrations - in my opinion there is nothing graffic and nothing to offend. I recommend this book.

Colourful and a good size. Kept our 11 year old daughter amused for ages, especially on long journeys in the car (and no annoying noise for us!)

Brilliant book - buy it for beginners.

My 9 year old has recently started to learn to play the guitar. The music teacher asked us to buy this book before lessons started. When I made enquiries about availability and price of this book, all the music shops knew about it. It seems to sell for around £10, but we were able to puchase it brand new, on-line, from a local independent music shop for £5 inc p&p. It is a slim book, so not daunting for a learner. It is also lightweight so easy to carry in the pocket on the guitar case. My daughter has found the book easy to understand, easy to follow and fun to learn from. Recommended for beginners.
