  The seller was very pleasant and readily available to address any and all of my questions about this vintage sewing machine. The item I received was exactly as presented in the many photos that were posted in the listing, including condition and components included. The description was detailed and accurate. The "make offer" price agreed upon was fair and accepted by both. I managed shipping for a multi-state corporation and have never seen a product better packaged for shipment.

  The goggles looked great upon delivery, but with one pull of the straps, a clip broke. Definitely a manufacturer issue. I sent a message to the seller, and within 30 minutes he called me to inquire further about the issue. A day later he called with a few options, full refund and I return the item, or partial refund and I could keep the item. Incredible customer service! Honestly better than any major retailer I've had to work with. 10/10 will buy from him again.
