Nice case design, but useless as a police/.emt scanner!
It LOOKS terrific. Tough, durable, stylish compact unit!
FM Radio feature worked ok, as did alarm and flashlight.
BUT my main purpose for getting it was to monitor local police/ems/fire actvity
I got and programmed the codes,and it showed it was "scanning" but no matter how loud the volume, there was silence. It would not/could not broadcast such activity.
I looked online and found many had same problem with it and it was indeed defective. I sent it back for refund.

A true fun ride for any fan of the original series. Campy at times, but true to the story!
As a huge devoted fan of the Original Dark Shadows, (which I FIRST saw in re-run, I might add - I'm not THAT old!) I liked the remake a few yrs before this one. But Johnny Depp made this very entertaining. It was toungue-in-cheek at times, and humor was added, and they took some creative license, but for the most part, they stayed true to the story!!! Very enjoyable, and I'm so glad I was able to get to own a copy of this! A movie I will watch and re-watch!
