Button overlay is made of laminated cardstock
The problem with the OE control panels is that the plastic overlay cracks were you push the buttons. I left mine cracked for so long that the temp button beind the overlay broke. This product apears to be a used control panel with a homemade overlay in place of the original. As the title says, it just looks like laminated cardstock.
Pros: Laminated paper is not likely to crack (may last longer than original overlays?)
Cons: The color is a bit off. (looks darker/different than the microwave buttons)
I'm worried the clear laminate will melt if say, hot bacon grease gets on it
Overall, it works and I'm happy to have my oven working again. So far, so good. Hopefully it will last.

Can fix multiple ranges
Whirlpool makes: KitchenAid, Maytag, Amana, Jenn-Air, and Consul. This harness has the same heat resistant wire and pins / connectors as my Maytag range. Mine had a wire short out on something. I was able to de-pin the same color wire from this harness and replace it.
