Seller negotiated price down somewhat, but must have made an enormous profit on this item. Delivery was slow, but it's the holidays so that's understandable. Seller called the item New but the boxes were somewhat crushed from being rolled up in a silver protective wrapping probably intended for food preservation. No one forced her hand to buy what she sought within my store. I shipped the NEXT day, as promised. And as she stated I wrapped them safely. So where's the issue? This is feedback extortion for the sake of using it and sadly it worked. I have contacted ebay to revise such unwarranted feedback in this case.

Love this product and the quality. No residue, sticky and build-up. Easy to keep in your purse for touch-ups in wispy hairs!
