A good quality book for a beginner
This is a well made hardback book, but it is definately geered towards a TaeKwon Do beginner. I'm at the Dan level and there is no dan level forms or techniques; in fact it only outlines 6 of the 8 Taeguek gup level forms.
Other than that it is a well written book with detailed sections on Korean history and nutrition.
It's a fine introduction to Taekwondo for the begining student with a wealth of knowledge and tips. If you are advanced to the level of let's say red belt, don't buy it. It doesnt offer as much to that level of student.

Nice compact bible
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This bible is very well made with an easy to use magnetic closure. NIV translation is one of the best, accurate translations out there. Extra features like perspectives from the bible are nice too.

Good useful axe sharpener.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is smaller than the famous Lansky puck, but the finer grits are sooooo much more useful on a properly profiled axe. And the smaller size makes it easier to use accurately. I love it.
