  I ordered the wrong filters for my microwave. These folks were so nice. They offered to replace them and no return of the wrong ones. I had already purchased replacements elsewhere. They issued a full refund and told me keep the incorrect ones, saving me the return shipping cost. Wonderful! Thank you! Would do business with again. Great Ebayers! AAAA+++++++

  Shipped quickly, the package had a fair amount of carbon powder on the paper part of the filter (hence the 4 star rating). I don't believe it will impact the quality of the air filtering though.

  The heavy carbon filter was shipped separated and arrived damage but useable. One corner was damaged and the spherical pellets leaked into the packaging. Shipping needs to be protected more. Otherwise great product and fast delivery.
