A Hero for the harpsichord
One of two women, the other was Zuzana Růžičková, who in the twentieth century did so much to revive interest in the harpsichord. Having passed away in 1959 much of her recorded legacy has been transfrred to CD but this DVD gives us the chance to learn more about her fascinating life. Like Zuzana, the Second World War was to have a major impact resulting in her moving to and living to the USA. She is beautifully aware of the importance of her work but also charmingly self deprecating. If you enjoy listening to harpsichord music then this is essential background as to why you can.

Lightweight in every respect

The bristles are very soft which is not at all helpful when you are trying to remove caked on fine brake pad dust from your alloy wheels even after a good soak. This then encourages you to try and scrub harder but the long reach means that it is very flexible and therefore impossible to apply the required pressure. Avoid.
