It is smaller than I anticipated, but it does a decent job. Easy to use and store.

Enjoy knowing my physical activities every day. It also encourages to exercise and drink the amount of water I should. Easy to use. Small, lightweight.

Lots of great ideas.
A friend had this recipe book and I found lots and lots of great recipes, so I bought a copy for myself. Great price and free shipping. I have truly enjoyed this cookbook; have several great ideas and have made several of the desserts. Easy to follow instructions. I would certainly recommend this cookbook to others.
