  For starters they sent me the wrong size the first time. They didn’t offer to send me a return label until after I had spent an additional $27 to send the shoes back to Hawaii. They would not reimburse ANY of the shipping charge to send back the incorrect size, which was no fault of mine. Once they sent the correct size, it has a security sensor on it. I’m currently using pliers get the sensor off so that I can wear them. Will never order from them again. Nice but poor service.
