  UPS initially "lost" the item after acknowledging having received it at their facility. It was "found" after a claim was initiated, and was finally delivered two weeks late. The item itself was just as described by the seller, who was very helpful in my finally receiving the package. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

  I purchased a pair of shoes that were advertised with shoe trees included in the pictures, and there was no mention of their exclusion in the description. However, when I received the package, it did not contain the shoe trees. I contacted the seller about this issue, but they were defensive and unapologetic. Initially, I planned to resolve the matter with just an apology, but their response has made me reconsider.

  Great customer service and excellent product. My only negative was the laces that were in the cover picture not being with the order I received but it doesn’t truly affect anything. Overall, great experience!
