They try send technician to solve problem on monday. But I can t wait for Monday. Since it may have problem with health department inspector. So I use my usually AC guy they come and calibrate and reprogram something now it work properly temperature keep below 41F even outside 110F in las vegas and they offer to reimburse cost of my AC guy that i call to calibrate thermostat . Best customer service.

After unpacking I noticed The new freezer came with two dents in right front door. I am very disappointed in this because this was not a discount freezer. Kinda ugly looking
