Works as advertised
I've had this since Christmas and it still works well. I use the heart rate and sleep metering. In general it measures basic arm movement exercises best - not so much for skiing and biking.

Basics OK but clunky user interface
I bought this for the indiglo light which is fairly bright. However, setting the day is very confusing. It requires going through a set of numbers that don't seem to correspond to anything. I'd expect the "setting" to allow to advance on to the day (it would flash the current selected day) and "next" button to move it to the next day. Also, some how I set the beep to sound when any of the 3 buttons (not the light) are pressed. After spending hours researching this issue, I have yet to find a solution - so I'm living with it for now.
